About Our Artisan Sourdough
Our sourdough program uses a heritage starter that's been nurtured for years, fed daily with organic flour to maintain its unique character. The slow fermentation process breaks down gluten and phytic acid, making our bread easier to digest than conventional loaves. We offer classic country sourdough with its signature tangy crumb, as well as specialty flavors like rosemary olive oil, jalapeƱo cheddar, everything seasoning, and seasonal variations. Our focaccia is pillowy-soft with a crisp bottom and topped with whatever's fresh from local San Diego farmers.

Sourdough orders require 3-5 days' notice to accommodate our long fermentation process. Orders are baked fresh on your pickup day ā we never sell day-old bread.
